By opting in to or using our SMS Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “SMS Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 4. Standard Charges and Fees

Standard text messaging and data rates charged by your wireless provider may apply to SMS messages we send to you. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on any applicable fees. OsakiChair is not responsible for any SMS or data charges incurred by you.

6. Opt-Out Method (“STOP”)

You may unsubscribe or opt out of the SMS Service at any time by replying with the keyword “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from OsakiChair unless you opt in again.

We value your privacy and take every measure to protect your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or share phone numbers collected for SMS messaging with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes. 9. Disclaimer of Liability

OsakiChair is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider/network operator, and is therefore outside our control.

We may modify or cancel our SMS Service or any of its features at any time without notice. We may also modify these SMS Terms at any time.
